Peter Okoye plans to sue banks after someone used his name to open an account

Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye has revealed his plans to sue banks for allowing someone to open an account in his name without verification.

Peter Okoye of Psquare has based his anger on some banks who do not follow proper documentation thereby allowing fraudsters to open an account.

The singer revealed his decision to sue an undisclosed bank after they allowed someone else to open an account in the name Peter Okoye of Pquare without proper verification.

Revealing this in his Instagram page, he assumed that it’s either there are some workers at the bank conniving with these fraudsters to open an account in his name without any verification of identity

He added that those banks should get ready for him and his legal team.


I will soon start calling some banks out! It’s either it’s an inside job or otherwise! I have a name to protect here and save some of this victims! So get ready for me and my legal team!
