PDP Aspirant faults Faleke’s representation of Ikeja Federal Constituency
The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) aspirant, Hon Yaaqub Olugbenga Daranijo, has accused Ikeja Federal Constituency’s Hon. James Faleke of elusive representation.
Yaaqub insisted that the Ikeja Federal constituency has never had a good and quality representative that truly represents the people in the last decade.
He said, “How can you explain that this constituency has anyone representing us in Abuja with the level of impoverishment, poverty, and lack of government impact here? In all honesty, Hon. James Faleke may be representing himself and his godfathers definitely, not us.
“Obviously, the Hon is now preoccupied with the Presidential bid of some of his leaders rather than facing the rigors of representing his constituency. Enough is enough!”
The PDP chieftain promised to give power to the people and also made public his intention to strongly advocate government presence in Ikeja.
He further unraveled his agenda saying,he will focus legislative activities on women, youths, children, and the physically challenged.
Also as part of his advocacy plans, he promised to actualise the Sustainable Development Goals upon resumption of office in 2023.
Daranijo appealed to delegates and leaders of the PDP in Ikeja LGA, to vote for him to win the upcoming primary’s next month.
