Paul Pogba’s Twitter Activity Shows True Feeling About Man United

Paul Pogba’s actions while at Manchester United may have earned the player a lot of criticisms and hate, but following the Red Devils’ victory against Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup, it shows the player may not be one to hold out a grudge on anyone.

The Manchester United midfielder sparked discussions amongst fans of the club after his social media activity following the team’s Carabao Cup victory. United defeated Newcastle United 2-0 in the final to claim their first piece of silverware since winning the Europa League in 2017 under former manager Jose Mourinho.

Goals from Casemiro and Marcus Rashford secured the win for the team, marking manager Erik ten Hag’s first trophy since joining the club last summer.

Paul Pogba, who played in the 2017 final win over Ajax, liked every players’ trophy picture on Instagram, according to Twitter user @UTDMoh_, showing support for his former teammates. This social media activity led to discussions amongst United fans online, with some wishing he had stayed at the club, while others were divided on their opinions of the midfielder.

Some fans expressed their desire for Pogba to return to the club, with one saying “bring him back,” and another commenting “would have loved to have seen him play under Ten Hag and alongside Casemiro.”

Others were critical of Paul Pogba’s twitter activities though, with one saying “twerking now that we play like a proper club. No thanks,” and another stating “he only ever needed a manager that knew how to use him correctly. Shame he listened to Mino.”

Pogba spent six seasons at Old Trafford in his second spell with the club before moving to Juventus in the summer.

Pogba made his first appearance for Juventus since his move on Tuesday night, and he quickly made an impact, impressing fans and pundits alike with his performance against Torino.

This display has led to further discussions amongst United fans, with some speculating on what could have been had he played alongside Casemiro in midfield.
