The General Overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleiman is another clergy man to react to the massacre of church goers in the latest attack on St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo in Ondo State.

It is an incident that has drawn in Nigerians and across the world a reaction and has sent the internet space blowing hot, with comments being made and conspiracy theories being set.

But Apostle Suleiman, a famous clergy man in Nigeria has responded to the chaos that transitioned in the church that led to countless loss of lives.

In his statements, he condemned the government for tagging the massacre as a massacre by unknown gunmen. He argues that gunmen cannot be unknown and tagging them unknown shows a degree of cluelessness on the part of the government.

He wrote on his social media handle:

“it’s only a clueless and useless govt that calls known gunmen unknown. History will never forgive privileged men who do nothing in the face of tyranny.

“My heart and prayers are with the families of those slain at the ‘Owo massacre’. May their souls Rest In Peace.”

The comments come in response to the incident that saw a number of armed men open fire on worshippers during a Sunday service at the St Francis Catholic Church, Owa-luwa Street, Owo Kingdom, that led to dozens of people including children being killed.
