Omah Lay announces break from music
One of the most loved Nigerian musicians, Stanley Omah Didia, best known as Omah Lay, has announced his supposed break from music.
The “understand” hitmaker took to his Inatagram story on Saturday, revealing he’s taking a sabbatical from music.
He went on to inform his fans not to expect new music from him anytime soon.
“I am not giving you new music anytime soon,” Omah Lay wrote.
He didn’t disclose the reason for his break from music. However, in another post, the singer stated; “I need a little more love.”
Omah Lay’s decision has left several of his fans wondering if his constant lamentation about depression is finally taking a toll on him. Many still pleaded with the singer to rethink his action.

The 37-year-old artiste in his Instagram page, shared a video message on Saturday, where he also explained that he is quitting music due to personal reasons that is only known to him, not the public.
Terry G emerged on the music scene in 2006 when he featured on female Hip Hop artiste, Kemistry’s hit single “Shake”. He went on to become a household name in 2009 after working with AY.Com on ‘Pass Me Your Love.’
He appreciated his loyal fans for their support over the years and noted that his decision might hurt them but it was for his best interest.
