Ogun APC mourns Sola Lawal

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State is mourning the loss of its former Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Sola Lawal. The party described his demise as unfortunate.

In a statement released on Friday in Abeokuta, APC Publicity Secretary Tunde Oladunjoye expressed deep sorrow as Ogun APC mourns Sola Lawal.

He highlighted that Lawal had served the party diligently in various capacities throughout his life.

Ogun APC mourns Sola Lawal as he passed away on Thursday in Lagos at the age of 61.

Oladunjoye praised the late APC chieftain as a dedicated party member who carried out his responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

He noted, “Anyone who came across Sola Lawal while alive will attest to the fact that he was a burst of energy, amiable and jovial.”

The statement continued, “On behalf of the All Progressives Congress, Ogun State, we mourn the departed party chieftain, who has since been buried according to Islamic rites.

“We sympathize with the families, relatives, associates, and friends of the deceased and pray that God will grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. We pray that the late politician will be granted Aljanah Fridaus.”

The APC in Ogun State and the wider community are left grieving the loss of a dedicated and spirited individual who contributed significantly to the party’s activities and ethos.
