Multiple award-winning Nigerian songstress, Niniola Apata has teased fans on a possible collaboration with Teni Apata, her blood sister.

The ‘Maradona’ singer gave the clue during a recent interview with GoldMyne TV.

When asked about the possibility of a collaboration with her sister, she simply said “just stay close, because you never know, close your eyes, it might drop. Stay close, you will find out.”

While Niniola has since made a name for herself in the music industry, the ‘Uyo Meyo’ hit maker only kick-started a career-defining run in 2018, a year in which she won several awards and increased her fan base.

Speaking on how proud she is of Teni’s achievements, Niniola said: “That is my baby doing good and I feel like a very proud big sister should feel.”

On her relationship with Teni, she said: “She is super talented and she believes in whatever she wants to do and off course, as her big sister we talk every day as opposed to what people (some people) think. Beside the music, we are blood sisters.”

The two blood sisters are currently among the biggest names in the country’s music industry. A collaboration between them should not be a bad idea.
