Nigerian rapper Ruggedman will never give his 1 Kobo to any police officer

 Ruggedman has advised Nigerians with cars to make sure they obtain all mandatory documents for their vehicles to avoid getting extorted by police officers.

 

 

Michael Ugochukwu Stephens, known professionally as Ruggedman shared a message of advice on his Instagram page indicating that he would not give any money of his to any police officer and also ask his fans and followers to do the exact.

 

 

He said due to way police officers treat innocent Nigerians, he had decided never to give money to them.

He wrote;

 

“Nigerians with cars get all your vehicle documents updated. Do not give any Nigeria Police Officer you come across on the streets 1 Kobo”

 

“1 kobo of my money will never touch the hand of any Nigerian police officer because of how you have been treating innocent Nigerians over the years.”

 

 

Ruggedman is a graduate of political science from Lagos State University, Ojo, he started exploring music in 1999. He produced his own songs and released two tracks in 1999, both which were well-played on radio.

 

 

His albums are all released on his personal label, Rugged Records. Ruggedman has performed worldwide alongside international acts such as Sean Paul, Wyclef Jean, Akon, Maxi Priest, Kanye West, LL Cool J, T-Pain, and Nas.
