Nigerian man consumes cement to avoid debt, ends up in hospital, faces ₦60k medical bill
A Nigerian man has stirred quite a number of reactions after he supposedly consumed cement to avoid paying a debt, which landed him in the hospital.
TopNaija gathered that after the said man landed into the hospital, he was told to pay a sum of N60,000 for medical bill.
This is contained in a fresh video made available on social media platform, TikTok.
The caption of the video revealed that he drank cement because he owed people money that he couldn’t repay.
The post’s caption, which reads: “God have mercy, why will you drink cement because you’re owing people money,” shows the man on the bed receiving an IV drip.
The nurse who attended to him said in the comments that he was instructed to settle a medical bill of #60,000 in order to get treatment.
