Nigerian Army Cadets block expressway, shouting civilians “can’t do anything” [VIDEO]

A viral video currently trending on social media shows some Nigerian Army cadets displaying outright disregard for Nigerians and traffic laws.

The video show some Nigerian army cadets who parked their cars on the road, dancing, cause a traffic jam on the expressway because “civilians can’t do anything”. They were heard shouting “they can’t do anything, they can only wait”

Social media users have been condemning the power corrupt cadets in the video, stating that they displayed nothing but stupidity.
