Nigerian Air Force disrupts terrorist activity in Katsina State

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has achieved a major victory in its fight against terrorism, rescuing four kidnapped victims and killing over 100 terrorists in a daring nighttime operation in Katsina State.

The successful mission, dubbed “Operation Hadarin Daji”, was carried out in collaboration with the police and other security agencies.

The operation, which took place on Sunday morning, targeted a terrorist hideout in Jibia Local Government Area, where the kidnappers had been holding three women and a six-month-old baby captive.

The NAF’s swift response to a distress call from residents helped to disrupt the terrorists’ activities and rescue the victims unharmed.

The rescued victims have been identified as Ummulkhari Abubakar, 23, Shafa’atu Abubakar, 35, Maryam Lawal, 15, and a six-month-old baby boy named Ismail.

The NAF’s Operation Hadarin Daji has been ongoing in the Faskari-Kankara area since 2020, aimed at protecting innocent civilians and disrupting terrorist activities.
