Newly Engaged Paris Hilton Hires Security To Protect Her Engagement Ring

The worst part about getting an engagement ring worth $2 million…is well, the ring is $2 million. And a lot of people want that kinda money.

So you can imagine the quandary heiress Paris Hilton has found herself in since she got engaged by her boyfriend, Chris Zylka.

Paris has now hired some full-time muscle to make sure nobody steals her ring because where your heart is–or in this case, where your $2 million is, that’s where you put your security team.

Sources close to Paris and her fiance say they’ve had 24/7 security shadowing them — and specifically the ring — ever since he put a ring on it last weekend.

Paris feels it’s best to have someone on guard at all times because of the rash of celeb burglaries this past year … including the jewelry heist at her aunt Kyle Richards’ house. There’s also the Paris ordeal her former BFF, Kim Kardashian, endured.
