Netflix: The contribution of ‘Squid Game’ to its subscriber increase
The worldwide subscribers of Netflix have reached 213.6 million.
The global streaming platform Netflix made an announcement that there is an increase in its monthly subscribers, after the release of ‘Squid Game’.
The letter released by the streaming giant on Tuesday showed the addition of 4.4 million new global customers, between the month of July and September, totaling the number of users to be 213.6 million.
“Netflix is a global, direct-to-consumer service which enables creators to reach broader audiences- and gives our members an even greater choice of stories to enjoy. There is no better example of this than ‘Squid Game,” an excerpt from the letter to investors reads.
