Nasarawa University student goes missing after stampede

John Rudeh, a 400-level student at Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), has been reported missing following a stampede incident that occurred before the distribution of rice palliatives donated by the Nasarawa State Government.

The university’s Students Security Task Force (SSTF) unit issued a statement confirming Rudeh’s disappearance. According to the statement, Rudeh went missing on Friday, March 22, 2024, amid the chaos of the stampede.

Commander of the SSTF, in the issued statement, highlighted that the family of the missing student raised concerns after failing to establish contact with him following the tragic incident.
