Mortuary attendants where the late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu was laid have alleged that her corpse always sing her ‘Ekwueme’ hit track every night.

Mixed reactions have been generated after mortuary attendants claim to have been hearing the Gospel singer, singing her hit song ‘Ekwueme’ every midnight.

Recall that the 42-year-old ‘Ekwueme crooner’ passed away on April 8, in an Abuja-based hospital.

However, according to them, every night they reportedly hear the gospel singer sing her hit song “Ekwueme” every midnight.

In reaction to this claim, many have opined that the report can’t be true, replying to it in quite a sarcastic manner.

However, TopNaija report that the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja Police Command, has revealed that it transferred the case of the late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, to the Directorate of Public Prosecutions.

This is after her husband, Mr. Peter Nwachukwu’ arrest on Sunday, April 10, over allegations of domestic violence and culpable homicide.

According to the report, the case was transferred from the Lugbe Police Division to the State Criminal Investigation Department the following day.

The autopsy report had been released, according to reports as the police would seek legal advice on the matter.

The command’s Police Public Relations Officer, Josephine Adeh, on Monday, April 25 said the case was no longer with the police.

She said, “The case is no longer with us. It is now with the DPP in the office of the Attorney General.”
