Nigerian music producer and singer, Samklef, has revealed that show promoters have collectively decided to exclude the controversial artist, Naira Marley, from upcoming events.
This decision comes in the wake of allegations surrounding Naira Marley’s alleged involvement in the untimely death of his former signee, Mohbad.
The accusations against Naira Marley and his associate, Sam Larry, have stirred public outrage as videos have surfaced depicting the deceased, Mohbad, being subjected to bullying and harassment prior to his tragic demise.
In a video statement posted online, Samklef expressed that this development represents the beginning of justice being served in the case of Mohbad‘s unfortunate passing.
“For those of you saying that there is nothing that is going to happen, I want to tell you guys that it has started already.
“Justice has started already. Some promoters have started reaching out to me. We are going to start with promoters, so for now, I think Naira Marley is going to be canceled.
He further disclosed that show promoters have unanimously agreed to discontinue their association with Naira Marley, effectively cancelling his participation in all scheduled events.
“According to them they are going to reach out to promoters, so no promoter is going to give him any job for now because with all the evidence we have out now,” he revealed.
Samklef also revealed that show promoters are actively taking steps to reach out to politicians, urging them to refrain from offering any employment opportunities to the controversial artist, often referred to as the ‘Yahoo Boy’ crooner.
Samklef likened the situation with the tale of a Shepherd who sent the sheep out only to send the Wolves to chase after the sheep who got devoured by the Wolves.
The emerging strategy, according to Samklef, includes the drafting of formal petitions to be sent to various embassies.
These petitions aim to shed light on the allegations and concerns surrounding Naira Marley’s potential involvement in the tragic death of Mohbad.
The allegations against Naira Marley have gained significant attention on social media platforms, with numerous videos and posts circulating online, alluding to his alleged connection to the demise of his former signee.
