Middlesbrough vs. Chelsea: Confirmed Lineup

Road to glory sets itself for both Middlesbrough and Chelsea tonight in the Carabao Cup. It presents Chelsea boss, Mauricio Pochettino to his first path towards a trophy with an English side since he began his managerial career.

For Middlesbrough, it’s a chance for former Manchester United player, Michael Carrick, a proper test in Chelsea.

Though not a first time playing the Blues as a manager, as he took on the premier league side while as interim manager following Ole Gunnar Solksjaer’s sack as Manchester United boss in what ended up as a 1-1 draw for both teams.

Michael Carrick can go on to make headlines if he manages a similar feat against Chelsea while bringing out his Middlesbrough side tonight.
