Michael Olise to snub the English big 2 for Bundesliga side

Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise is on the verge of joining Bayern Munich this summer, according to The Athletic. The 22-year-old has turned down offers from Chelsea and Manchester United, opting instead for the allure of playing in the Champions League with the German champions.

Currently, Crystal Palace and Bayern Munich are in negotiations regarding Olise’s release clause. Despite being offered a new contract to remain at Selhurst Park, Olise has been swayed by the opportunity to compete at the highest level in Europe.

Michael Olise had a standout season last year, netting 10 goals and providing six assists, the best tally of his career. Last August, he signed a lucrative new contract with Palace, earning £100,000 per week.

However, the prospect of joining Bayern Munich has proven too tempting for the young winger.

As negotiations continue, Bayern Munich are poised to secure one of the Premier League’s rising stars, marking a significant move in this summer’s transfer market.
