Meadow Walker to cameo in Fast X in honor of late father

Model Meadow Walker Thornton-Allan, daughter of the late actor Paul Walker, pays tribute to her father’s enduring legacy by making a heartfelt cameo in the highly anticipated movie “Fast X.”

Thornton-Allan took to her verified Instagram page on Thursday to share a preview of her appearance in the film, expressing the deep significance it holds for her to be part of the 10th installment of the “Fast & Furious” franchise, which her father is widely known for.

In the caption accompanying her post, Thornton-Allan reflected on her connection to the franchise, stating, “The first ‘Fast’ was released when I was one year old! I grew up on set watching my father, Vin, Jordana, Michelle, Chris, and more on the monitors. Thanks to my dad, I was born into the Fast family.” She accompanied her words with a photo showcasing the scene in which she appears.

Expressing her excitement and gratitude, Thornton-Allan added, “I can’t believe now I get to be up there too.”

Paul Walker tragically passed away in December 2013 at the age of 40. The accident occurred when he was a passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT driven by a racing team partner, which collided with a light pole in Valencia, California.

Walker’s career skyrocketed in the early 2000s when he portrayed undercover cop Brian O’Conner in the 2001 film “The Fast and the Furious.” He went on to star in six subsequent sequels of the “Fast” franchise, including “Furious 7,” which was released posthumously in 2015 and was partially completed at the time of his untimely death.

In “Fast X,” Meadow Walker Thornton-Allan joins a star-studded cast that includes franchise regulars Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez, and Ludacris.

The film also features new additions such as Jason Momoa, Rita Moreno, and Brie Larson, while returning cast members include Jason Statham, John Cena, and Oscar-winners Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron.

Concluding her heartfelt message, Thornton-Allan expressed her gratitude for being able to honor her father’s enduring legacy. She wrote, “I feel so blessed to be able to honor my father’s legacy and share this with him forever.”

“Fast X” is set to premiere in theaters on May 19, promising fans a thrilling continuation of the beloved action-packed franchise while paying tribute to the late Paul Walker’s indelible contribution to the series.
