May We Not See What Will Make Us Miss Buhari – Okon Of Lagos says
Nollywood actor Ime Bishop Umoh, popularly known as Okon, has expressed his prayer for the incoming administration ahead of the May 29 inauguration.
He hopes that the new government will not mismanage the country to the extent that citizens would long for the outgoing government.
Taking to his Instagram page on Sunday, Okon shared his concern about the recurring pattern of Nigerians missing their past leaders due to worsening economic conditions with each successive government.
The comic actor claimed that the outgoing president’s motive for contesting the elections was solely driven by his selfish, lifelong ambition to rule Nigeria again.
He alleged that President Buhari’s ambition was never focused on serving the nation.
With genuine concern, Okon fervently prayed that Nigerians would not have a reason to yearn for the Buhari administration once it comes to an end.
He wrote, “Wasn’t really about us. It was only about his lifelong ambition of leading Nigeria at the apex level whether by military or civil rule. Like one who is h*rny, he has cum.. pleasured, satisfied, done and dusted! Nigerians always miss their past leaders cos things are always getting worse. My prayer: May we not have a Nigeria where we all will sincerely miss BUHARI. God abeeggg!!!”
