Marriages can survive infidelity but not marital poverty — Reno Omokri
Popular author and lawyer, Reno Omokri has given his take on marital poverty and infidelity in marriage.
Focusing on those two points, Reno Omokri took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter to ascertain his most preferred between the case study, marital infidelity, and marital poverty.
According to the former aide to President Goodluck Jonathan, marriages has a likelihood to survive infidelity but it can never survive poverty.
Reno seems not to go down with those who believe that love can conquer all in marriage, as according to him, lack of money in a ‘loving’ marriage is like sugar dissolving in tea.

Marriages can survive marital infidelity, but it is hard for marriages to survive long term marital poverty. Research it. Finances are the top reason for divorce. So stop saying ‘love conquers everything’. Without money, the love may just dissolve like sugar in tea.
