Manchester United star, Marcus Rashford has got engaged to his long-time girlfriend Lucia Loi.

Rashford proposed to his childhood sweetheart during their date in California

He is now set to marry the 24-year old who he has been dating since 2013 when they still attended at Ashton on Mersey School in Greater Manchester..

The England striker got a yes after getting on his knees to propose on Wednesday, May 25 at a luxury villa.

According to The Sun, ‘They went out in LA for a romantic night together on Tuesday and he proposed.

“It was extremely romantic. ‘They celebrated afterwards with a group of close friends including his United teammate Jesse Lingard.”

Rashford shared the engagement news via Instagram featuring a lovely image of them holding each other.
