Manchester United drives the narrative again following their 1-0 win away to Burnley at the Turf Moor as forward, Marcus Rashford reportedly was involved in a car accident.
The report comes courtesy of The Athletic, revealing the England international got into the car accident in the aftermath of the triumph at Turf Moor.
According to the publication, Marcus Rashford was left visibly shaken from the accident but confirmed the 25-year-old sustained no injuries.
Club captain, Bruno Fernandes was stated to have been on site to help immediately the accident happened.
Though Rashford and the driver involved in the accident were left unharmed, the police spoke directly with both parties and gave them a breathalyzer test before letting them go.
Manchester United with the help of Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes were able to salvage a 1-0 win on Saturday night as they held back a surging Burnley side led by Vincent Kompany from handing them a 4th defeat in a consecutive run.
The accident confirmed to be a minor mishap, will not absent the 25-year-old forward from the squad however, with fans resting easy over subsequent games to come for the Old Trafford side.
