Man who defiled his 10-year-old daughter reveals reason for his action

A 27-year-old father, Adeniyi Adeleke who defiled his 10-year-old daughter in Ondo State has opened up on the reason for carrying out such a dire act.

As the case of rape is becoming rampant in the nation, a 27-year-old father was apprehended by police authorities in Ondo State for allegedly having carnal knowledge of his 10-year-old daughter, Hannah Alo — for an unruly reason.

Confirming the criminal act, Funmi Odunlami, the state police spokesperson stated that the suspect, Adeleke said he slept with his daughter, Hannah to use her for money rituals.

According to the spokesperson, sometime in March 2022, the 27-year-old father called the victim to his room to forcefully sleep with her.

He said: ”On 16th April 2022, at about 1440hrs, one Bosede Alo ‘f’ of Idoani reported at the Idoani Division, that sometimes in the month of March 2022, at about 1500hrs, one Adeniyi Adeleke ‘m’ age 27years called her daughter Hannah Alo ‘f’ age 10years old to his room and forcefully have carnal knowledge with her.

“On receipt of the information, Detectives swung into action and arrested the suspect, upon interrogation he confessed to having committed the crime that he wanted to use her for money ritual.”

The spokesperson stated further that items such as rings and a red cloth was recovered from the suspect.

Also, a student of the School of Health Technology Akure, Ondo State, Owolabi Abiodun, who was caught impersonating a military officer confessed that he likes the military uniform and bought it from the open market.
