Man Caught In Uganda Disguised As A Woman To Deceive Male Clients

A man who disguises as a lady to deceive male clients and also obtain money from them was caught in Uganda.

According to the reports, he was caught while flirting with a male client with the intention of scamming him. He is currently in police custody. More photos below …
