Liverpool’s new Injury puts Klopp in a corner for Inter Milan star

Liverpool’s new injury turns out to be the headache Jurgen Klopp did not want to contend with going into the season, but it doesn’t stop the menace from getting into the way either.

The manager was left with all deals of frustration immediately after the Premier League season opener draw against Fulham, with the German complaining a lot about the Fulham grass than he felt necessary to about Liverpool’s latest injury.

Thiago Alcantara left the pitch shortly into the second half for Harvey Eliott in the game against Fulham, with Liverpool now confirming after scan that the Spaniard would be facing a lengthy spell of about 6 weeks on the sidelines.

This new injury worry has forced Klopp into a corner with having a rethink over his squad options, as he is left thin in midfield at the moment with Alex Oxlade Chamberlain, Curtis Jones, Thiago out.

According to latest reports, the former Borussia Dortmund manager is looking at Inter Milan’s midfielder, Marcelo Brozovic as a solution to the midfield crisis.

The report comes from Italy, with it adding further that Liverpool’s number 9, Roberto Firmino could be involved in a swap deal for Brozovic.

It is every deal of speculation at this stage, but multiple sources confirm that Liverpool’s new injury puts the club into a period of rethink where they might need to go into the bank for a new signing.

Liverpool’s other midfield options are Naby Keita, Jordan Henderson, Fabinho and James Milner who are senior squad members who on their end have a fair share of being injured at periods in the season.
