Music to Liverpool fans’ ears; Liverpool Manager, Jurgen Klopp has signed another contract extension with the Klopp to keep him at Anfield past 2024.

The reports initially came on in the early hours of Thursday as Club sources confirmed a deal was in place since yesterday for a contract extension that had brought together FSG spokesperson, Mike Gordon and Klopp’s agent Marc Kosicke to the game on Wednesday night as they looked to complete the deal once it had been agreed.

It happened as the German had indicated interest towards prolonging his stay at the club beyond his initial deal of 2024with the new deal seeing him off in 2026.

“There are so many words I could use to describe how I am feeling about this news…delighted, humbled, blessed, privileged. This is my place” Klopp said, upon putting pen to paper.

It very much is a news that will warm red hearts as the Club looks set to achieve success on the pitch this season, and bringing about this announcement, gets the season soaring even higher for the Reds.

Like the Anfield fans chant, “Jurgen is a red”, and it’s definitely going to stay that way for a while atleast.
