Liverpool fans wrestle Salah's agent on social media

Liverpool fans are very known to be a passionate bunch ready to defend their own and speak their mind when it comes to it, and Mohamed Salah’s case is no different.

After the Egyptian’s agent/lawyer, Ramy Abbas Issa took to social media platform X (Twitter) on Monday, the Reds fandom were quick to derail the football agent’s post with questions surrounding Salah’s contract.

Of course, the agent made no efforts to give anything away, that didn’t stop the Liverpool fans from painting his Twitter page with ‘When is Salah signing the contract?’ comments.

Ramy Abbas Issa is well known to be a social media enthusiast who never shies from dropping subtle posts once in a while or speaking his mind to the public, but on this very occasion, the lawyer chose the Arne Slot way by acting coy on the matter.

The lawyer who also doubles as Salah’s confidante and adviser took to X to address a topical narrative a lot of Liverpool fans believed to be about Mohamed Salah, stating:

When I say that a footballer that played decades ago was better than one playing today despite it obviously not being the case, I just feel so sophisticated and well read.”

A month ago, the agent was quick to rubbish journalists over reports linking the Liverpool star elsewhere, with Abbas putting forth on his X account that the reports were false.

It is unclear if Ramy Abbas was addressing the comparative analysis on Mohamed Salah and former Chelsea and Real Madrid star Eden Hazard, but the Liverpool fans were quick to jump on the wagon to defend their play while asking of his contract situation.

Here are a few of their reactions;
