Liverpool beat Man City to first FA Cup final in 10 years

Liverpool have reached their first FA Cup final in a decade after thrashing Manchester City 3-2 at Wembley.

The Reds were comfortably in control throughout the first half of the game as Man City could not play their usual possessing style.

Konate put in a fine header to open the scoresheet. Minutes later, City goalkeeper, Steffen gave the ball away to Sadio Mane to make it 2-0 for Liverpool.

Mane sealed his brace from an assist by Robertson. Guardiola’s side could not fight back until the dying minutes when Jack Grealish responded with a quickfire into the back of the net.

Bernardo Silva made also made an injury-time impact to end the game disappointingly for the Premier League favourites.
