Lai Mohammed Reveals What He Told His Grandson Who Asked Why He Lies
The immediate past Minister for Information and culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, has revealed what he told his 7-year-old grandson who once asked him why he is called ”Liar Mohammed” on social media.
Speaking during his ministerial screening at the Senate, he said he used to ignore the name until the little boy asked him and he had to tell him not to mind the people calling him by such name.
In his words, I used to ignore it until my seven-year-old grandson asked me, ‘Why do they call you Liar Mohammed?’ “I told him, ‘Don’t mind them. They are the bad guys.’”
