Lady Gaga Comes Clean About Her Relationship With Bradley Cooper

Superstar songstress, Lady Gaga has deflated rumours going around about a possible romantic relationship with Bradley Cooper.

The Oscar-winning singer addressed the romance rumours during an appearance Wednesday on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” after she and Cooper’s emotional duet performance of “Shallow” during the Academy Awards birthed the rumours.

“First of all, social media, quite frankly, is the toilet of the internet,” began Gaga, who is newly single after her split from fiancé Christian Carino. “What it has done to pop culture is abysmal. And yes, people saw love, and guess what, that’s what we wanted you to see.”

Gaga, 32, and Cooper, 44, took the stage together inside the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, where they performed the 2019 winner for Best Original Song. The breathtaking and steamy performance sparked up a frenzy online, especially since Cooper’s girlfriend, Irina Shayk, was in the audience.

“This is a love song, ‘Shallow,’ the movie, ‘A Star Is Born, is a love story. We worked so hard, we worked all week on that performance,” she said, noting that Cooper was the mastermind behind the scenes.

“Everything you saw, the way that they pushed the piano out, you saw them put the piano together, and us walk up on stage, no intro, that was all him,” Gaga said of Cooper.

As for their chemistry on stage, Gaga explained, “It was important to both of us that we were connected the entire time.”

“I’ve had my arms wrapped around Tony Bennett for three years touring the world. When you’re singing love songs, that’s what you want people to feel,” she said.
