Kuda Responds Over Account Deactivation Of Its Users

Popular online bank, Kuda, formerly known as Kudi money has given a response to its users over complaints of account deactivation.

In the early hours of Wednesday, November 9, users of the online bank, Kuda took to social media to express their worries as the bank denied them any transaction and access to their bank account.

Many Nigerians took to the bluebird app, Twitter, and narrated how they tried login into their account after an update, but the bank system displayed an account deactivation on their screen.

This brought out worries as they call on the bank’s support on Twitter to fix the system bug.

A few hours later, Kuda took to its Twitter handle to address the issue.

Kuda wrote;

We’re aware a few people received a message saying their account has been deactivated. Your accounts are still active and our team is working to resolve the issue.
