Korra Obidi’s husband, Dr. Justin Dean, has sadly opened up on when he plans to divorce her.

TopNaija recalls that Justin Dean had earlier announced on his Instagram about his plans to divorce his wife and Nigerian dancer, Korra Obidi.

Hint on the divorce, Justin claimed that he was treated like a prisoner in his own home as she was a narcissist, a cheat.

However, he later tendered apologies to Obidi’s family, recanting his statement about her cheating as she was only unfaithful to him once at the beginning of their relationship.

In a recent report, Justin took to his Instagram page to disclose that he plans to go ahead with the divorce and will be filing the papers this week.

According to him, it is the hardest decision of his life, but it is a necessity for his mental health.

He also rendered his apology to those who viewed his marriage to Korra as bliss.

He wrote: “I’m heartbroken. Anyone that knows me or watches me online knows that I’m a dedicated family man to both Korra and my children. This is honestly the hardest decision of my life, but necessary.

“I’m walking away from this marriage for my mental health and to be the best version of myself. I must set a healthy example for my children. This has nothing do with postpartum depression. I’ve been betrayed once again and she is unbothered, which pretty much summarizes our marriage.

My apology to all the young men and women that believed we had a “perfect marriage”.

“Marriage is based on mutual love, respect, humility, accountability, empathy, apologies and most of all effective communication to understand the other person’s perspectives. Likes and views shouldn’t be the highlight of your relationship. Men: Your mental health matters! In order to be strong, you have to be happy”

In another post made on an Instagram question and answer session, the father of two was asked if he is still married to Korra, of which he revealed that he would begin divorce proceedings this week.

“I’m filing paperwork this week. I will always be there for my children and wish her the best. This has absolutely nothing to do with postpartum depression”
