Kanye West faces assault charge involving wife, Bianca Censori

Rapper Kanye West finds himself embroiled in controversy after an alleged physical altercation in Los Angeles, where he reportedly punched a man who had purportedly made inappropriate advances towards his wife, Bianca Censori.

According to a battery report obtained by TMZ, the Los Angeles Police Department stated that West, 46, reacted to an incident where an unnamed male allegedly “pushed or grabbed” Bianca Censori. In response, West purportedly struck the man.

While the man did not sustain injuries requiring treatment, he filed a battery report with the police following the altercation on Tuesday night, April 16. West and Censori left the scene thereafter.

As a result, West is now under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department regarding the battery case. However, formal charges against West or the other party involved have not been announced by officials.

In response to the allegations, representatives of Kanye West provided a statement to DailyMail, asserting that the incident involved more than a mere push.

They claimed that Censori was sexually assaulted by the individual, who allegedly put his hands under her dress, grabbed her waist, and blew her kisses.

The representative emphasized that the term “grabbed” inadequately describes the severity of the situation, characterizing it as a physical assault and sexual misconduct against Censori.

The alleged incident occurred on Tuesday night, following Censori’s unexpected appearance at Disneyland California with West earlier in the day.

While Bianca Censori was more covered up than usual during the Disneyland visit, she drew attention by partially wrapping her bare feet and ankles with bandages.

Critics have raised questions about Censori’s attire and how it aligned with Disneyland’s policies, which mandate proper clothing, including shoes, for all guests at all times.
