Kanye West announces release of new album

Kanye West has officially announced the release date for his ninth studio album, Jesus Is King. The album is set to drop on 27th of September and features 12 songs

The album was originally announced as Yandhi and missed two initial release dates in September and November 2018 under its original title.

This comes after Kim Kardashian’s social media teaser in which she shared the album tracklist. Kanye West’s official web site has finally confirmed the release date for his highly-anticipated album Jesus Is King.

During his appearance in Batesville, Indiana, West took the stage to confirm the project is on the way. “Jesus Is King is out September 27th, so let’s continue this…” West can be heard saying in the video posted below, to which the crowd responded with a loud cheer. From the tracklist shared by Kim, fans can expect the tracks “God Is,” “Baptized,” “Sunday,” and “Sweet Jesus.”

I love to read, write and TRAVEL!!! The media space is my canvas to paint the truths of our brands and the stories of our Nigerian culture. I love a good book any day because with them I can travel to spaces that are perfect in their frame.
