Kano Police commander dies mysteriously

An assistant commissioner of police in Kano, Atiku Nagodi is dead.

It was learnt that Nagodi, who was the squadron commander, 9 police mobile force, Kano, died on Monday. He is the latest victim of the strange deaths recorded in Kano in the last three weeks.

According to a Police Superintendent identified as Abdullahi Bala Rano, who shared the sad news on Facebook, the cause of the squadron commander’s death was not disclosed.

This is just happening when Nigerians are expressing deep concern over a high number of unexplained deaths in Kano, amid fears they could be caused by Covid-19.
