The former Big Brother Naija housemate, Rico Swavey is currently battling for survival after being involved in a ghastly car accident.

The accident had left the reality show star in a critical state.

This was revealed by his colleague, Alex who called on fans to put the reality star in their prayers.

According to Alex, doctors are doing all they could to bring him to consciousness.

She revealed that the accident had occurred in the early hours of today, October 11, 2022.

She wrote:

“Good morning sweethearts. Please put @iamricoswavey in your prayers today. He was involved in a ghastly accident hours ago and the doctors are still trying to resuscitate him as I just left the hospital. It’s really critical. I’m staying positive.#PrayForRicoSwavey”
