Journalist Agba Jalingo bashes christians for resorting to prayers in fight against hunger

Journalist Agba Jalingo has called out those people who are found of calling God in prayers with His name ‘Jehovah Jireh’.

Outspoken Journalist, Agba Jalingo has lashed out at Nigerians who favours prayer than action in the fight against hunger.

In a post shared on his Facebook page, the Journalist opined that even the Israelites from whence the name was originated do not depend on prayers to tackle the high rate of hunger.

“Even in Israel from where you got the name Jehovah Jireh’, Israel has one of the highest rated of hunger in the developed world with up to 40% Isaelis living with extreme hunger and it is their govt that is tackling the hunger not prayers.” He wrote.
