Jay-Z accused over raping 13-year-old with Sean Combs

America Musician and producer, Jay-Z, has been accused in a lawsuit submitted over the weekend of raping a 13-year-old with hip-hop star Sean Combs in 2000, according to court documents.

Combs and Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, are accused in a civil complaint against Combs of raping a girl at an after-party after the MTV Video Music Awards in September 2000. Jay-Z has rejected the allegations.

“Another celebrity stood by and watched as Combs and Carter took turns assaulting the minor. Many others were present at the after party, but did nothing to stop the assault,” the complaint reads.

“Carter has been with Combs during many such instances described herein. Both perpetrators must face justice.”

According to the amended lawsuit, Jay-Z was initially named as “Celebrity A” in the complaint, accusing Carter of bringing a “frivolous” countersuit.

The complaint does not name the plaintiff.

“Carter has been with Combs during many such instances described herein. Both perpetrators must face justice.”

Jay-Z had originally been identified in the complaint as “Celebrity A”, the updated lawsuit states, accusing Carter of filing a “frivolous” countersuit.

The plaintiff is not identified in the lawsuit.

“These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.”

Carter, a 55-year-old record producer and entrepreneur who began his career as a rapper is now married to Beyonce, a famous person.

Attorney Buzbee, who is pursuing the case against Jay-Z, told AFP that “the pleading speaks for itself.” This is an extremely severe issue that will be tried in court.

Combs, often known as “Diddy,” is a rapper who has been charged with both racketeering and sex trafficking separately.

According to federal prosecutors, Combs, 55, used violence and intimidation to force women into drug-fueled sex parties and sexually abused them.

His criminal trial is presently scheduled to start on May 5, 2025, and he has entered a not-guilty plea to all of the allegations.

Attorney Buzbee of Texas, who stated in October that over 100 alleged victims were preparing legal action against Combs, has also promised Combs a huge number of lawsuits.
