“It’s not that I mandated him but” — Mercy Eke on love life
Ever-glamorous reality TV star, Mercy Eke lifts the veil on the hidden benefits of her love life, and it’s not what you’d expect.
In a candid moment on the show Love Is A Game, Mercy shared that her partner showers her with more than just affection—he pays her an allowance. But before you jump to conclusions, Mercy clarified that this isn’t something she demanded.
The allowance, as she explained, is a thoughtful gesture from her partner to help her manage the salaries of her six domestic workers. It’s a move that has not only lightened her financial load but also deepened their bond, as Mercy finds herself wanting to reciprocate the generosity in her own way.
On the podcast, Mercy Eke is quoted as saying;
“My guy [partner] pays me an allowance. But it’s not that I mandated him to do that. I have about six domestic workers. So the allowance is just to assist me to pay my staff.
“I didn’t tell him to pay my staff’s salaries. He’s doing it on his own to reduce my responsibilities. Because of that, I always want to do things for him too.”
