Israel kill 27-Palestine in another attack on Gaza

In one of the deadliest days yet, at least 27 Palestinians have been killed in attacks launched by Israel across the central and southern Gaza Strip, marking what many are calling an “especially bloody day” in the ongoing conflict. Among the victims were a mother and her children, tragically “incinerated” when their tent was bombed in Khan Younis.

The violence escalates as the Israeli military orders mass evacuations in northern Gaza, ahead of a looming “large scale” operation. Meanwhile, the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society is urging the UN to investigate reports of “systematic torture” in Israeli prisons, amid horrifying allegations of abuse, including rape.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has also sounded the alarm, warning that the relentless assault on Gaza is hampering efforts to prevent a catastrophic polio outbreak in the besieged territory.

As the death toll in Gaza climbs to nearly 40,000, with over 90,000 wounded, the world watches in horror, grappling with the scale of the devastation and the mounting humanitarian crisis.
