This move comes in response to cross-border fire that has displaced tens of thousands of Israelis in the north, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowing that Israel “will not rest” until residents can safely return home.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has also ramped up its readiness, calling up two reserve brigades and warning of the possibility of large-scale maneuvers in the coming days.

As tensions soar, Israel’s northern border stands on the brink of a major conflict. Could this lead to an all-out war with Hezbollah? The region holds its breath as the situation unfolds.
