Nollywood actress and movie producer, Mary Remmy Njoku, has taken her spare time to address age-shame people.

Actress Mary Njoku has given her 2 cents to people who are known for calling women, especially in their 30s, 40s who are yet to settle down and get married.

Taking to her Instagram page, the thespian lashed out at Nigerians to stop trolling people over their age if they don’t want the angel of death to make them die young.

According to her, aging is inevitable and people should learn to embrace the fact that people grow old.

There is nothing like age-shaming.

If you feel getting old is an ugly thing, try dying young

Any small thing ‘Old woman! Go and get married! ‘Your made dey husband house old cargo’ See this mumu old man!

Unfortunately for you, you are speaking to your future self, that’s if you are lucky to live that long.

Stop AGE-SHAMING people if you don’t want the angel of de4th to grant your personal wish of not getting old!!!

Aging is inevitable! Embrace it!!”
