I was paid N1,000 monthly at my first job – Comedian, Seyi Law recounts

Popular Nigerian comedian, Seyi Law has narrated how he got his first job and surprisingly, the monthly pay was N1,000.

The top comedian, Seyi Law, while appearing as a guest on Pulse Fun Facts with MC Ajele, the dancing MC, stated that the first job he got after school was working as a lesson teacher.

Seyi revealed that he visited a lesson centre after graduating from secondary school and offered to teach one of its Secondary classes.

The comic star said he could teach Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology, so the administrators then took him to SS1 class to teach introduction to Biology which he outperformed.

He said that he was, however, paid N1,000 per month to teach secondary school students at the private lesson centre.
