According to Tunde Ednut, the memorable incident took place at a strip club in the United States. At the time, Ednut was experiencing financial difficulties. When Peter Okoye invited him out for a night of fun, Ednut found himself in an unexpected situation that would teach him a valuable lesson.

As the story goes, Peter Okoye handed Ednut a bundle of one-dollar bills to join in the customary “spraying” of the dancers—a popular activity in Nigerian culture, particularly at celebratory events. However, given his financial situation, Ednut decided to handle the situation differently.

Rather than spending the money as intended, Ednut discreetly pocketed the cash and made an early exit, leaving Okoye and his friends behind. Reflecting on the incident, Tunde Ednut shared his gratitude for the unexpected windfall and the important lesson he learned that night.
