“I must put my vibrant career on hold” – Funke Akindele speaks on being Lagos PDP Deputy Governorship candidate (video)
Nollywood actress cum politician, Funke Adindele, AKA Jenifa, has confirmed that she will be the running mate of the PDP Governorship candidate in Lagos State, Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor.
The actress, Funke Akindele, via video, made the public announcement of her involvement on her Instagram page today, July 12.
Funke acknowledged that becoming the running mate to Jandor means that her vibrant career as an actress and movie producer would be placed on hold.
According to her, it is a huge personal sacrifice but must be done for the betterment of youths in Lagos State.
