“I don’t like the old me at all” – DJ Cuppy gives hint on stopping DJing
Popular Nigerian Disc Jockey and singer, Florence Otedola, aka DJ Cuppy has stirred reactions about changing her career path and stepping away from DJing,
Taking to her X handle, Cuppy stated that while she loves her old career path, she had also felt a strong pull to level up her game and “make a greater impact.”
According to her,
“DJing is my passion, but tbh this year has felt like a whole new experience, like I’m meant to level up and make a bigger impact… Only God knows what’s next,” she wrote.
Her post drew mixed reactions, with one fan commenting, “Start DJing again. I have missed your vibes on IG. I don’t like the new you at all.”
In response, Cuppy candidly replied, “I don’t like the old me at all.”
In another post, she asked her followers to suggest a new career path, assuring her ‘cupcakes’ of following through.
“What do YOU think is up next for me? 💡 Cupcakes, I would actually really love to hear your ideas, especially since you’re seeing it from a different angle! Your insights might spark something new! Who knows…,” she added.
