‘I did some drugs’ – Ghanaian actor, Majid Michel reveals

Popular Ghanaian actor, Majid Michel has stunned the world as he reveals he was into drugs at some point in his life.

Majid Michel made this statement during an interview with Joy FM’s The Reason is Jesus. He spoke about how he was into drugs until he chose to change some friends in his life.

When Majid said, “I did some drugs”, the interviewer was taken aback and tried to say if he meant he took drugs when he was sick, but Majid boldly said, “No no no, I did some drugs”.

Majid Michael had warned everyone to be cautious about who they chose as friends because friends can influence a big part of one’s life.

He said, “Friends are critical. Be careful in choosing them because those you associate with plays a role in how your life turns out.”

Majid had received nominations for Best Actor in a Leading Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2017. He eventually won the award in 2012 after three previous consecutive nominations.
