I couldn’t afford a record studio until I met D’Prince – Ruger reveals
Fast-rising Nigerian singer, Ruger, has revealed that the first time he had a studio session was with the help of his boss, D’Prince.
The singer, Ruger while appearing as a guest on Clout Africa’s Clout Talk, hosted by Comedian, Broda Shaggi, revealed how he was assisted by D’Prince.
He made this Revelations after a fan asked him if he had ever recorded songs before being discovered by the Jonzing Records founder because most of his tracks were just freestyles on Instagram.
The ‘Bounce’ crooner said he never had any recorded song before being signed to Jonzing World because he did not have money to pay for studio sessions which was about N30,000 minimum.
According to Ruger, he was working at Computer Village at the time and he was only surviving with the little money he was getting.
