How Lady Was Threatened And Lost More Than 98% Of Her Friends After Leaving Islam

Mariam Oyiza Aliyu, a Nigerian activist and radiographer has taken to social media to share her experience of leaving her Islamic religion.

Taking to her Instagram page on Saturday, October 21, 2023, she disclosed that she had lost 98% of her friends after she made the decision.

According to the human rights activist, some of the friends went as far as selling her out to “extremists” who were always threatening her.
